Syrah from Lewis Vineyard in Prosser provides the backbone of blueberry with Portteus Vineyard in Zilah bringing the pepper. A small amount of Syrah from Sundance Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope brings some structure.This Syrah was produced with minimal intervention. Soft hand punchdowns keep the tannins low. The wine was only racked a few times and was not filtered or fined.
