AGEING

In French oak barrels holding 500 litres for about 14-16 months, it is then poured off into stainless steel tanks where its rests for 6 months before being bottled. It settles in the bottle for additional 6-8 months.
Available about 26 months after the harvest.

FEATURES

Very intense almost sight-tight garnet-red hue; the generous depth of the colour provides for a remarkable structure. Intense and layered bouquet with varietal flavours of ripe fruit accompanied by vanilla notes to create a perfect harmony. A structured wine that releases lively and balanced sensations. Very well balanced body and tannins with tasty and persistent finish.
