DESCRIPTION AND FOOD MATCHING
The Vino Nobile has a bright ruby colour,
intense fragrances of ripe cherries and plums
while to the taste it is dry, well-balanced and
persistent. It is best drunk with traditional
Tuscan dishes such as pappardelle with hare
sauce or Florentine steak.
